CRACKED
ICE
INDIANA GLASS - late 1920's to early
1930's
Cracked
Ice was made by Indiana Glass during the same era the
Tea Room pattern was made. There are similarities,
but Cracked Ice has diagonal lines which distinguish
it and give it a very "Art Deco" look. Cracked
Ice is not as heavy as Tea Room and the pieces are generally
smaller. There is a creamer and sugar in the Tea
Room pattern that look very similar to Cracked Ice but
do not have diagonal lines.
